The data processor is the contact form by Avada, and they transfer your data for the purposes outlined above.  No sharing of the data to a third party is allowed.  After processing, the data is stored on servers provided by Fasthosts Internet Limited.  They follow accepted ISO standards to store and protect the personal data, including the use of encryption if appropriate and store the data on thier secured servers within the EEA. This may be Paypal.com or if a card payment is taken over the telephone, we will use a card-reader provided by CIC bank. They will collect, process and store your personal and financial information. You can read Paypal’s Privacy Policy here or CIC’s here.  Sarl Randonée en Dordogne will, on receipt of your debit/credit card details, process the confirmed amount using the card-reader and securely store your details until the specified cycle or walking tour has been completed.  After this time, these details will be destroyed.

You can request to review, amend or delete the personal data that we store at any time.  You may also opt-out of any future contacts from us. Please contact us via email should you wish to do this.
